Happy New Year! Did you have Black Eye Peas on New Years Day? This is a tradition I learned when living down south – and is a great excuse to make a huge pan of peas.

We actually don’t have a lot of snow anymore. There was a warm front that came in – all the way up to the high 30’s, so we are hoping for more snow at the end of the week.
